With our Asia Tour coming to an end, we decided it was time to rank our favorite Asian foods. As we traveled through Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam, and Hong Kong, we both had several dishes that could have earned the top spot. And then we arrived in Japan. We were completely blown away with the incredible food and flavors this country has to offer! It's no wonder that Japanese food makes up the top 3 spots on both of our lists!

Pad Thai that we made ourselves in A Lot of Thai Cooking Class, Chiang Mai, Thailand

We really loved the food in Asia. The flavors, the smells, the look of things, the way different dishes are eaten, and the things you sit on as you dine - we saw such a smorgasbord of styles and we've had so much fun trying everything! From jumping right into the street food scene in Thailand, to eating the most exquisite beef in Japan, we've enjoyed the range of flavors and culinary experiences. Now if only we could find perfect replicas of these delicious dishes in the US...

Here are our favorite dishes in Asia!
